How does the app work?

Download app: Residents can download the Ohmie GO app via Apple Store or Google Play.

Create account: Provide driver's licence, payment card, and building verification.

Book: Select available vehicles and book chosen date & time.

Access: Tap 'Start' via the Ohmie GO app to begin booking and unlock the vehicle.

Trip: During a booking residents can lock/unlock their vehicle, access support, and much more via the Ohmie GO app.

Return: We ask residents check the vehicle for items or damage, plug it in, and end their trip via the Ohmie GO app.

How much does it cost?

Our pay-as-you-go model provides flexibility to residents who only pay when they need to move which we believe is more equitable. Ohmie GO charges per hour and per day, with varying prices for vehicles. At the end of your trip, residents are charged for the amount of minutes that the vehicle was used.

How do we get Ohmie GO in our building?
